To comply with its conviction- Teaching a man to fish rahter than giving him one, BCF works with NFTE to promote entreprenurhsip training and create a active life. BCF also works with government agencies, training institutes and Non-for-profits organizations to conduct trainings of trainers, who then will deliver entrepreneurship training to vocational school students, college and middle school students in poor area and adults. The training will explore their potential, build their confidence, shape pro-active attitude to life, encourage them to take part-time jobs to fund their own study and start small business as well as, build their capacity to be more independent and escape poverty ultimately to foster local economic development.

From 2003 to 2006, BCF has provided entrepreneurship trainings to about 5,500 people who are from more than10 provinces. Today, BCF ' s service is focusing on less developed provinces such as Sichuan, Shaanxi, Guizhou and Yunan. The young beneficiaries include students from vocational schools, middle schools, and colleges as well as students from schools for migrant workers ' children and from poor families; the adult beneficiaries
include people discharged from prisons, retired soldiers, laid-off workers, and migrant workers and poor women.

BCF has already received support from Goldman Sachs Foundation for three years and was rewarded as an excellent partner by NFTE.

Projects implemented by Entrepreneurship training unit include:
 
   
  Youth Entrepreneurship Training: work with vocational schools to develop students ' entrepreneurship ideas and skills, help them to build confidence and shape the pro-active attitude to life and direct them to do part-time jobs to fund their study and adapt to the society. Other beneficiaries include students from schools for migrant workers ' children and poor households.

  College Entrepreneurship Trainers ' Training: work with the Leagues to conduct entrepreneurship training and practice, and support volunteers to deliver training in rural area to transfer entrepreneurship knowledge.

  Adult Entrepreneurship training:work with Justice Bureaus to provide training to prisoners to start up small business with the aim to help them to survive after they are discharged. The beneficiaries include retired soldiers ' , migrant workers, rural residents and laid-off workers.

  Entrepreneurship trainers training:train the trainers who are willing to deliver entrepreneurship training, the beneficiaries include school teachers, government workers, non-for-profit organizations workers and volunteers.
