NFTE Certified Entrepreneurship Trainers Project Description

BCF, CSVTE and EBTJ work together to introduce training module of NFTE and train certified entrepreneurship trainers, which aims to carry out entrepreneurship training in Taizhou. Meanwhile, to outreach concept of public interests, with support of BCF and CSVTE, the certified trainers in Taizhou will provide assistance to other parts of the country. 。

The applicants for NFTE certified entrepreneurship trainers program will go through: preparation stage （ 2months ）、 training stage （ 10~12 days ） . Follow up stage （ 1 term ） and training delivery stage. After the applicant goes through all the stages, they will be recommended to NFTE for review, then will receive certificates of CET.

Requirement to vocational schools

•  These schools should comply with instructions given by Taizhou Education Bureau, and incorporate NFTE entrepreneurship training into courses, a pilot entrepreneurship training class(40 students) should be formed in the first term, then they will deliver training to the whole class.

•  Vocational schools should provide human resources, financial resources and other inputs to train trainers of entrepreneurship and provide full support to the program

Criteria for selecting teachers from vocational schools

•  Be benevolent , motivating and accept concept of each student being unique and no inferior students

•  Like practice and combine theory and practice

•  Solid experience in teaching and can deliver training in vivid way

•  Teachers with management and entrepreneurship experience preferred

Entrepreneurship trainers training process

Preparation stage （ 2months ）

•  Education Bureau of Taizhou will organize vocational schools to form entrepreneurship training research team headed by presidents and comprised of 4-5 superior teachers to complete preparation work.

•  EBTJ will forward the evaluations of vocational schools and teachers to BCF and decide the participating schools and teachers together with BCF.

•  Research team of each vocational schools should observe the demonstration class of NFTE entrepreneurship training and participate seminar of entrepreneurship training

•  Research team of each school should submit assignments to EBTJ two weeks before the training course taking
place ：

    •  Select one topic from FTE training material （ reflects participatory education concept ）

    •  Prepare a 30-minute lecture regarding the topic and delivery the lecture in the training course

    •  Interview the entrepreneurship and complete the report （ See annex ）

Training stage （ 10~12days ）

•  The trainees will deliver lecture for their topics （ 30 minutes ）

•  The trainees participate the NFTE entrepreneurship training course （ 6~8 day ）， understand the participatory education approach in the perspective of students and complete all assignment s and business plan.

•  Trainees participate the FTE certified entrepreneurship trainers training （ 2 days ）；

•  Trainees redo the lecture on their assigned topics in NFTE （ 30 minutes ）；

Follow up stage （ one term ）

•  All research team of vocational schools should prepare the courses together, complete outline of entrepreneurship training and submit them to EBTJ two weeks before the course starts.

•  EBTJ coordinates with BCF to send CET counselors to go to each vocational school to provide guidance to the teachers.

•  Each vocational school organizes 40 students who are interested in entrepreneurship to form a pilot class, the research team will work together to develop training course for entrepreneurship within one term, each member should give 3-5 lectures.

Deliver training stage

•  After the pilot class of entrepreneurship training is held successfully for one term, the teachers who survived in the evaluation will be recommended to NFTE by BCF, they will be given CET qualification for one year. Those failed to pass the review will continue to make preparation until they pass the review.

•  When the key numbers of research team receive CET qualification, the vocational schools can incorporate the entrepreneurship training course in their programs.

•  The research team will summary up experience in lectures monthly and send the record of the meeting to EBTJ; research team members, students will evaluate the result of training right after the class, when the score is higher than 8, the lecture is successful. The evaluation forms should be sent to EBTJ.

•  BETJ, CSVTE and BCF will supervise the quality of training randomly.

•  Receive NFTE training annually （ based on real needs, may include teaching methodologies, finance, taxation and legal affairs ）

•  Participate the election of excellent CET in China

•  After the aluminums who are trained by CET complete the training, assignment and business plan, they can be qualified as global aluminums of NFTE. CET can recommend aluminum to participate business plan competition in China and World ( Those who are awarded the prize will be funded to participate the 3-day ceremony in New York)

IPR of entrepreneurship trainers

The trainers should respect brand of NFTE and IPR of training materials, without permission, they can not be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, for details please refer to the agreement.
